The city of Wentzville is excited to be the host location for this free public event that will be entertaining and fun for the entire family.

This invitational balloon race will feature 35 of the top ranked competition balloon pilots in the country competing for cash and prizes along with special shape balloons that are only found at premium events. Each night after the competition flights the balloons will once again come alive and be inflated for the ever popular Balloon Glow after sunset. The balloons will be tethered on the ground and will light up the entire area in all the fabulous colors of the rainbow, making this truly a memorable occasion.

Package Description;

     

The Platinum Sponsorship provides a medium for your Brand to make a lasting impact in the most sought after demographic, and put your company on the leader board. This partnership is a unique balance of advertising, promotions and entertainment with the opportunity to participate in a premiere event. You and a guest will have a unique opportunity to fly with one of our professional pilots in a hot air balloon during the weekend festivities*.  You will also have unlimited access during the weekend to the VIP Sponsor Pavilion for six guests of your choosing. With this package you will receive extensive promotions as outlined below, and a basket banner attached to one of the balloons during the entire event.

 

Package Includes:

 

Banner on hot air balloon basket (or) corporate balloon entry in the event. A custom logo banner placed on a balloon envelope is available at additional cost (example below).

 

Inclusion and recognition in all forms of media used by the organizers.

 

Two single passenger balloon rides (16 years of age and older) during the event, weather permitting*.

 

Premium location for your company tent, up to 10’ X 20’ on vendor row during the event to display your products and services including commercial inflatable’s and/or mascot characters.
